Administrator
This individual will be a part of a team answerable for the
organization's worldwide impression of corporate endpoints and related
infrastructure. Endpoint Administrators are answerable for the design and
execution of Virtual Desktop (VDI), Windows OS, and Mac OS infrastructure. The
Endpoint Administrator shows knowledge of endpoint configuration, assemble, and
fixing (counting security compliance).
Endpoint Administrators need great communication skills and
must be able to work cooperatively with customers and other technical partners.
People work across functional zones of an organization and utilize a solid
customer support mindset to guarantee that tasks, service requests, and
incidents are settled in an expert way.
They share their mastery and provide personal training and
support. Endpoint Administrators work with other technical staff and sellers to
provide IT service to the organization and its clients.
Duties
·
Liable for the effective and productive
provisioning of endpoint equipment and software. Counting VDI, Windows 10 and
Mac OS in an enterprise environment
·
Capacity to serve as an escalation point for the incident, issue, and change management
·
Build environment and procedure for easy
break/fix endpoint replacement to limit interruption to end-users when digital
issues arise.
·
Precisely record requests, incidents and
resolutions into the help ticketing system
·
Install, set up and test equipment, including
desktops, laptops, and fringe hardware.
·
Install, set up and test software packages,
including operating systems, desktop software, and custom applications
·
Contact equipment and additionally software
seller support for issue resolutions
·
Lead Security/Compliance/Privacy/Risk Reviews,
and help remediation as required
·
Perform migrations and updates lined up with
endpoint engineering guide
·
Takes an interest in short-and long haul project
efforts with partners and IT teams.
·
Make and maintain definite documentation
·
Keep up, and cling to an organization's
technical standards, policies, and procedures.
