System Administrator
As All-round System Administrator you will be answerable for
keeping the workplace IT running for your partners across all levels in the
different EMEA workplaces.
Among your duties:

- Manage laptops/desktops, servers, printers, software, and gadgets;
- Troubleshoot equipment and software issues onsite and remotely;
- Help with the configuration, deployment, and investigating of telephone systems;
- Give direction to new representatives, and work with HR on-boarding/off-boarding process;
- Make documentation and manuals;
- Guarantee back-up and security strategies;
- Inform on the acquirement with respect to new equipment and software

Requirements:
The System Administrator needs to be a clear communicator
with a solid focus on tackling issues and discovering solutions. Close to that
you have:
* Technical and expert skills on a BSc level;
* At least 4 years of experience with a System Administrator
position;
* Up to date knowledge of and experience over the typical
office IT domains;
* Extensive knowledge of both Microsoft/Windows and
Apple/macOS;
* Basic knowledge of networking;
* Experience with ticketing systems;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken in (Dutch is a
major in addition to).
