Amazon says the position is "to provide remarkable client and technical support for Amazon clients with respect to Digital gadgets and platforms". You'll be aiding Amazon clients in the UK and US with their technical inquiries. Amazon "will provide all necessary PC gear".
As per the job advert, this is a shift work position.
"The majority of our works are night shift and the shift appointed to you
may need that you work over weekends and public holidays," says the
organization. "Shifts are either 4 days, 10 hours for each shift or 5
days, 8 hours for every shift."
It's a permanent work, with benefits. The organization says
it lean towards 3 months’ work experience of any sort.

If you have greater management experience, this may be the
job for you. As per the job advertisement, you'll be managing around 15 client
support partners. The organization says it requires at least a half year
management experience in an Amazon job, or two years' comparative experience
somewhere else. It also needs one year of technical support experience. So if
you've made a similar job previously, and have a couple of years of experience,
this may be a solid match.
